Afraid and worried, struggling with a childhood experience that continues to impact your life, youve lost someone, or do you feel stuck, lost or misunderstood? I hear you! I feel you! You want to connect with someone who gets it and I do! Its hard to make a big decision on who to trust with your personal stuff by reading a profile but Im hopeful you connect with me.

Initial Consultation
Our first meeting is a 15-minute consultation where I ask for a little information and we figure out if we can work together.
After this, but before we get to the first therapy session, I will send you an assessment form and a counselling agreement for you to complete and sign. This ensures that we both understand the professional and therapeutic commitment we are entering and a chance to ask any questions.
Our first counselling session will be the start of our therapeutic engagement.
